Welcome to Edoras! By accessing or using our digital life management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Edoras provides astrology insights, financial planning tools, and personal organization features to help you manage your digital life effectively.

Edoras offers:

• Vega: Personalized astrology insights and cosmic guidance
• Financial Planning: Tools for budget management and financial goals
• Digital Organization: Centralized dashboard for life management
• Premium Features: Advanced analytics and personalized recommendations
• Cross-platform Access: Web and mobile applications

To use Edoras, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may sign up using email/password or through Google OAuth integration. We only access basic profile information through Google (email, name, profile picture).

Available Plans:

• Free Plan: Basic features with limited access
• Single App ($5/month): Full access to one app (currently Vega)
• All Apps ($15/month): Full access to all current and future apps
• Annual Plans: 33% discount on yearly subscriptions

Payment Terms: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious code or spam content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with other users' experience
• Use automated tools to access our services without permission

Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of Edoras (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) are owned by Edoras and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any personal data and content you upload to Edoras. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use this content to provide our services to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and use practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Astrology Data: Any birth information or personal details you provide for astrology insights are stored securely and used solely for generating your personalized content.

Astrology Disclaimer: Astrology insights provided by Vega are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They should not be considered as professional advice for medical, financial, legal, or relationship decisions.

Financial Tools Disclaimer: Our financial planning tools are educational and should not replace professional financial advice. Always consult with qualified financial advisors for important financial decisions.

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edoras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You: You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other legitimate business reasons. We'll provide reasonable notice when possible.

• Prorated Refunds: Annual subscribers receive prorated refunds for unused months
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Free Trial: No charges during trial periods; cancel anytime

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Edoras after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
